Chief Operating Officer
Mark Weisgerber
As Chief Operations Officer, Mark Weisgerber is responsible for overseeing operations and staffing, accounting and budgeting, and spearheading strategic client initiatives as well as managing annual compliance audits. Mark has over 35 years of experience in the title insurance and valuations industries. Prior to his current role, Mark was Chief Operating Officer for Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP, a company focused on appraisal and BPO products and related solutions. He also worked for the industry’s largest title underwriters, including Fidelity National Title and First American Title, holding executive positions with title insurance companies in the western region.

Chief Valuations Officer
Chuck Mureddu
Chuck Mureddu has more than 40 years of combined mortgage lending experience, including appraisal management, institutional risk, loss mitigation, and whole loan exit and securitization strategies. As the Chief Valuation Officer for ThinkLattice, Chuck is responsible for all licensing as the controlling entity, valuation policy and process, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. He's held executive-level positions as director of valuation risk and chief appraiser for Net Bank, Resource Bancshares, Bfirst Residential, Fleet Bank and Bank Boston, and was the managing partner of Quality Valuation Services. Mureddu also owned and operated Alden Appraisal Group Inc. in Newport, Rhode Island.

Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez is an accomplished Director of Operations with more than 10 years of experience driving operational excellence in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at ThinkLattice, Jennifer leads initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Her leadership career spans roles at an independent insurance agency, an AMC, and lending solutions organizations where she has managed multi-million-dollar books of business, implemented talent and performance management systems, and spearheaded process improvements that measurably improved revenue, turnaround times and client satisfaction.

Product Manager
Karina Mohammed
Karina Mohamed is a seasoned product manager with more than a decade of experience in lending, banking, and technology, manager with a passion for building solutions that make lending and financial services simpler and more effective. Her career began in Australia as a mortgage lender and personal banker, where she built a strong foundation in financial services and client relationships. After moving to the U.S she began work as an appraisal coordinator, then moved on to operations supervisor within the same appraisal management company then in 2021 moved into Product Management. She has led cross-functional teams, guided product roadmaps, and overseen the development of lending platforms that streamline operations and deliver meaningful results for both businesses and customers

Client Success Manager
Maxene Capps
Maxene Capps has been with ThinkLattice (formerly SWBC Lending Solutions) for 8 years. She began her career as an Appraisal Coordinator before moving into a management role as Operations Supervisor for the Valuations Team. That experience paved the way for her transition into Sales as an Account Manager, and for the past four years she has served as a Client Success Manager.
With a career in the mortgage and financial industry dating back to 2014, Maxene has been deeply involved in appraisal management since 2015. Over the years, she has also gained extensive experience in alternative valuations, flood determinations, title reports, and verification services.
Maxene is passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping clients succeed.

Quality Control Manager
Julie Rodarte
Julie has over 20 years of appraisal experience, specializing in appraisal, appraisal review, forensic analysis, default management to establish values for REO and loss mitigation work-out strategies. Julie currently serves as the ThinkLattice QC Manager, running the quality control team overseeing the performance of quality reviews to assure internal compliance with the company appraisal review policy and procedures. Additionally, Julie oversees escalations and manages the formal rebuttal (ROV) process in adherence to regulatory guidelines. Julie adopts a proactive approach to training and communication, actively engaging with both vendors and internal staff to keep them abreast of industry, client, and investor requirements, regulatory changes, corporate process updates, and best practices.
